You understand that we make every effort to ensure that you are in alignment and open to receiving any sensitive information, but unforeseen emotions could surface to which you agree to hold the above mentioned parties/entities harmless. You further understand that at no time should any information that comes from this reading be regarded as legal, medical, financial,
psychological and or business fact and are subject to your own personal interpretation and judgement. My services should in no way a substitute for those of qualified professionals and it is advised that you seek advice from relevant qualified professional
Readings Refund Policy.
All appointments that are booked do not qualify for refund. Should an issue come up on your side, you will be given the first available appointment that works for you.
You understand that we do have waiting lists so it is advised that you make every attempt to make your scheduled appointment. You will be given the opportunity to reschedule twice.
If you are not able to make your appointment after rescheduling twice you will not have the ability to reschedule and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Should something happen on our end that requires us to have to reschedule, we will make every effort to get you back in the schedule as soon as possible at a time that works well for you.
Class Refund Policy.
Please read class and workshop policy carefully as it is our utmost goal that everyone has a great experience and gets the most possibly out of each event/workshop.
Classes and workshops are non- refundable. If you cannot make it into a class youscheduled, you will have a credit on file for a later class.
Likewise, once you sign up for a class, you should be on alert for an email containing all thelogin info.
Should you not receive it for any reason, it is up to you to contact Randi (954)305- 7050 at least 2 hours before the start of class torequest the login information as we cannot provide that in the minutes before class or duringclass.
It is also STRONGLY advised that you always login 30 minutes before the start of a class or online event in case you have trouble getting into the system. If you do not take these steps, we are not responsible for missed classes.
